British Summer times begins this weekend, and we are excited having found some fantastic reasons to be outside in London. There is no reason not to be out enjoying all the blossom and culture on offer. April brings us Swinging Sixties style, the London Marathon, a restored painted ceiling, sunflowers and so much more. This month’s shop edit is about getting your table Easter-ready at the end of the month. For now, let’s start with your London April Super Seven.
Van Gogh in Britain at Tate Britain: With over 50 paintings to view, you cannot come away without learning a thing or two more about the man who painted those iconic sunflowers. Read all about it in our Blog Post here.
London Marathon : April 28. April sporting events in London come no greater than this. Liz from our team has run the marathon – a life highlight she says. The importance of the crowds cheering her on was key. So this is where we will be… I’m sure you know someone who is running, so be a good friend and follow them around London.
Cocktails in the City 4-6 April : We featured this for the first time last summer, at their event in Bedford Square. This month find them at The Vaults in Waterloo. It is going to be fabulous – we had a preview. Get your tickets & details HERE
