Opposite White Cube. Fun little organic coffee shop with enough on the wall to keep your eyes busy. Good coffee surround by the work crowd in their mobile world. I love a heart to start my day, and they do a good organic coffee Brown & Rosie in South Kensington. A new eatery, but a perfect stop before heading into museum land. Cake & coffee shop on Battersea Rise Farm Girl Café. Notting Hill Gate for a hideaway pretty coffee. Aida in shoreditch for the pink matcha Fleet Street coffee shop for writing inspo. Very cool vintage type writers on the walls

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is a very British institution, and one we love. Here is our selection; Fortnum & Mason : Famous for their tea since 1707, has 82 teas on their menu, scones to die for, and delicious F&M trimmings. All to be enjoyed in the beautiful Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon Sanderson Hotel : A Mad Hatters Tea of all proportions with Alice in Wonderland china. A perfect treat for children & anyone with a sweet tooth. V&A Museum for their first foray into a Victorian Tea in the William Morris Room Café. Head to the Museum of the Year 2016 for a truly Victorian experience in the most beautiful Victorian tea room. The Berkeley : A Pret-a-Portea for fashionistas. BBakery Tour. Jump aboard the Routemaster and take yourselves on a tour of London, whilst enjoying the most delicious tea. This is the most fun thing to do. Aqua Shard on floor 31 of The Shard has a themed Mary Poppins tea until July 2019. I’d say they’ve pulled this one out of the bag. Details are HERE Helmsley & Helmsey healthy tea in Selfridges. Free from grains, gluten & refined sugar. If I didn’t love their food so much, I wouldn’t be sure about this, but it is delicious.

The Alternatives

Liberty Café – A pretty little café style hidden at the back of the store and is as good as it looks Said – The perfect stop for chocoholics, for hot chocolate like no other Zedel – French brasserie with music in the evenings. Grind – even though they do amazing coffee, they do everything else so well, it has to be mentioned twice! Peggy Porchen Hummingbird – As delicious as they are beautiful cup cakes, red velvet, and duly themed treats. Pink Floyd Tea at the Gore Hotel & includes entry to the exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum. A deal if ever I saw one. Perfect gift idea for Father’s Day
