Carols at Christmas | I think everyone needs a sing-a-long at Christmas. Carols with a difference can be found here; Carols by candle light at The Southbank Centre.  Hang out at the Hamyard Hotel’s Carols in the Courtyard with the cast of Les Misérables, and finally to Holland Park Opera who perform at St Mary’s in Kensington. Any of these are sure to lift your spirits this year.

Christmas Lights | If you didn’t manage to get tickets for Kew, look at Kenwood House in Hampstead or the Christmas at Eltham Palace for wonderful light trails. Begin at The Ever After Garden, mooch along to Bond Street and through Saville Row to Regent’s Street.
