The joys of Christmas have arrived as London is in full festive mode. Lights are up, trees sparkle inside and out and you cannot fail but be transfixed by the magic of the holidays. Your December Super Seven is packed with things to do and see.

Museum of London is moving… Over 3-4 December they are having an epic weekend music festival at London Wall.  DJ sets, late night films and even morning yoga before they close their doors.

Christmas is all over London, and I have done a few blog posts to point you in the right direction to find the prettiest lights, the chicest Christmas trees and even your best Christmas markets.

The Gingerbread City is back. I adore this exhibition, and it is as it says.. A city made up entirely of gingerbread by the worlds leading architects. It is always so clever, and leaves you feeling very inspired for the gingerbread house making! They hold family run workshops and evening one’s for those who want to de-stress in the calendar’s busiest month. Booking essential. Closes 2 Jan 2023.

Royal Palaces : This week I visited the Tower of London, and it has been dressed for Christmas.. along with Windsor Castle and Hampton Court they make a wonderful day out, steeped in history.

Southbank’s Winter Festival until 8 January. Along with the Dolly Parton Smoky Mountain Christmas show opening, the Southbank Centre have Christmas lights shows, Handel’s Messiah with the Philharmonia on 4 December. It is a hive of activity south of the river this month.

The Museum of the Moon.  Opens 13 Dec – 5 Feb : Orbiting into Greenwich’s Painted Hall is Artist Luke Jerram’s magnificent and glowing giant moon. Book your tickets for a super special experience, visitors can also book a luxury dining experience under the moon on the 16 December.

London Theatre this Christmas…I can’t imagine Christmas without a trip to see something festive and honestly you can get some really fabulous deals. I have done a theatre blog post of what I’m seeing and what I am booking for 2023.
